Real good stay, we were there for 3 days. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The staff was helpful and pleasant, everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants and Manuel Montt station and subway...

It was comfortable place for travelling to Santiago, I was glad to stay there. Employees were pleasant enough and kept it all fairly clean.

Hotel was fairly clean, rooms were extra comfortable and ESPECIALLY HELPFUL staff. Set nearby an underground station in the very safe area. Comfy beds, an air conditioning, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were a nice touch. Quick check-in too.
